Jane Veeder started her career in electronic media arts in 1976 as a video artist and began working with digital computers in 1978. A member of the pioneering Chicago computer graphics community in the early 1980s, she has produced internationally exhibited animated and interactive computer art works, designed user interfaces for graphics software development, and worked in creative management for interactive entertainment. Jane has a long history of contributions to ACM SIGGRAPH as both content contributor and organizer. Since 1988, Jane has taught 3D computer animation, interactive digital media, and now Web3D design at San Francisco State University.
