Assistant Professor Sosa-Tzec to talk about his experience as an international student and interaction design/user experience scholar to students in Mexico

Prof. Sosa-Tzec will participate in Fest21, a student-led two-day event comprising online talks and workshops. The goal of Fest21 is to discuss the knowledge and skills relevant to the software engineering industry. The event organizers are undergraduate students of the Software Engineering program at the Autonomous University of Yucatan, Prof. Sosa-Tzec's alma matter. In this talk, Omar will share and reflect on his experience as an international student, pursuing a Ph.D. in Informatics (Human-Computer Interaction) and working in the academia in the United States.
