Sosa-Tzec introduced his <strong>design delight </strong>framework, comprising six experiential qualities: engagement, surprise, liveliness, cuteness, serendipity, and reassurance. Dr. Sosa-Tzec used <strong>the fortune cookie </strong>to walk the audience through these qualities and how they help shape delightful products and experiences.
