Visual Communication Design student Victor Pedraza Lopez a finalist for the Associated Collegiate Press' Informational Graphic Award for 2023 Design of the Year

B.S. in Visual Communication Design S23 alum Victor Pedraza Lopez is a finalist for the Associated Collegiate Press' Informational Graphic Award 2023 Design of the Year for his Xpress magazine timeline graphic "3 Years of COVID-19." The selected design was created for Assistant Professor Christensen's DES 377B Visual Storytelling course in collaboration with journalism department students mentored by Associate Professor of Journalism Laura Moorhead.

Winners will be announced at the Fall National College Media Convention in Atlanta on October 30, 2023.
