Yu-Charn Chen is an expert in computer-aided design and industrial technology. Chen has taught courses in electrical drafting, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, electrical material science, and electrical technology. He previously was an electrical communications officer in the Chinese (Taiwan) Air Force and has worked as a design engineer for several companies in the Bay Area.
