Saskia van Kampen (MDes, RGD) is a graphic designer, teacher, researcher, and contemporary artist. Her artwork uses stitching to explore different techniques of disrupting social and design conventions. Her research explores design pedagogy as well as community building and placemaking through creative practice. Since 2006 Saskia has taught in the design program at OCAD University in Toronto. She has a BDes from OCAD University and an MDes from York University in Toronto. She is the Vice President of Education for the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario.
